Times are carefully considered and assigned with consideration to vendors, residents and businesses. Arrival prior to your designated time only results in waiting and creating unnecessary traffic and delays to those adhering to direction.

Remember, booth spaces were renumbered as of 2021.
Updated Booth Number Maps are provided at check-in. As always, vendors will be required to check in prior to proceeding to their booth spaces.
Please keep in mind that our streets are historic and as such, are narrow and have historic TREES. Unfortunately, these do not easily accommodate modern RVs and oversized trailers!
Please plan accordingly to check in and unload using a conventional vehicle to reduce traffic jams and improve the experience for all our vendors!

Application must be postmarked by June 15th 2023.
Only exhibitors selected by the Micanopy Fall Festival Committee may exhibit work in the Festival.
Participation is limited to individuals showing their own original works of art or crafts.
Each vendor is encouraged to donate an item for our Saturday auction.
You may prepay for a vendor discount price on the Festival T-shirt. Shirts will be delivered to your booth on Saturday morning.
Application form includes full instructions/details. Vendors not abiding by the rules and regulations set forth in General Information, Confirmation Information, and Application Checklist face expulsion from the show and/or will not be invited back to future shows.
Micanopy Fall Festival will NOT solicit your personal information, application, or payment via the internet.
2023 Micanopy Fall Festival Application will be available for download in April.

The Festival proceeds RAIN or SHINE.
There will be security Friday and Saturday nights.
